Thanks to the generosity of Salem, the amazing church I attend here in Fargo, I was able to attend the Willow Creek Global Leadership Summit for the last couple days. Man, talk about some serious food for thought! Hearing from speakers like Jim Collins (Good to Great, How the Mighty Fall), Patrick Lencioni (The Five Dysfunctions of a Team), Geoffrey Canada, Condaleezza Rice, and others has loaded my mind with inspiration and insight for the coming year of Threshingfloor.
